Research activity within the School of Psychology in Bangor investigates the cognitive and neural bases of visual perception, body and action perception, goal-directed behaviour, emotion and social interaction. Research program in this section benefits from a convergence of disciplines including cognitive science, computational neuroscience, and neuropsychology. Multiple, converging techniques are used, including fMRI, ERPs, TMS, behavioural and anatomical analysis of neurological patients, eye and limb movement recording.
